Once there lived a wizard named Charles and he had a pet. The wizard's pet was a dog. They went to the pet shop together.
Charles the Wizard was going to ask the manager of the pet store if he knew any dog names.
So, they skipped along and went to the door marked 'manager'.
Charles the Wizard asked the manager his question.
The manager said, "I know a good dog name! Rover or perhaps Charles."
"Excuse me but that's name." Charles the Wizard exclaimed.
"His name will be Rover."
And that's how Rover got his name.
